Our Guild Member's Show and Tell

Shown on this table, is a collection of books and folios created/made by our guild members. Some were completed in Maggie Gillikin's Melting Letter Forms workshop. In the middle some leather boxes can be viewed which were constructed during a two day workshop with Wendy Davis.
Not part of the workshop is a preview of the 26 Letters Poster. In the forefront, is the preliminary mock-up for the poster. These letterforms were designed and created by guild members. The poster will be published in The Flourishes Newsletter. It will be for sale as a fund raiser.

Standing near the refreshment table is Shirley Ginn and Darla Peek, showing their valentine candies. Darla's message read "Starry Eyes" a feature commonly seen when one looks at Darla!

Kate Bergquist, Calligrapher and Graphic Designer, gives a demo at the February Guild Meeting. Below are two lovely examples of her work from that evening.

Shirley Ginn created this lovely book under the guidance of Maggie Gillikin. This book form will be taught on February 27 and 28th at Maggie's Bookmaking class.
